• 1. General Rules
• - Each participant manages a virtual HKD 1,000,000 portfolio and trades Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen stocks.
• - The daily return of portfolio is based on the current and previous day end portfolio values.
• - The day end portfolio value calculation is based on the closing prices of holding stocks.
• - Both information ratio and Sharpe ratio are calculated based on portfolio daily return.
• - The Hang Seng Index will be used as the benchmark for information ratio calculation.
• - Risk free rate of 2% annual is used for Sharpe Ratio calculation.


• 2. Registration
• - Registration takes place at http://www.atradr.com/signup
• - Participants are required to register with their personal email account.
• - After registration is complete, one will receive the password via one��s registered email account.
• - Users could change their password after login the system.
• - After registration, users could then join the aTradr game.
• - Obscene words are strictly prohibited. Such users would be deleted without any notice.


• 3. Process of the Game
• - Each portfolio initially holds virtual HKD $1,000,000.
• - All the transactions are denominated in HKD.
• - The Game covers the Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets.
• - Portfolio value is calculated as a sum of cash and securities valued at current prices or the closing price at day end.
• - Ranking will be updated every hour.


• 4. Order Execution and Rules
• - The trading system is order-driven.
• - Orders are executed only when the Stock Exchange is open for trading.
• - There are two types of orders: buy and sell.
• - There are three order price options: market order, limit order and stop order.
• - One cannot buy stocks at more than 25% of portfolio value.
• - Commission for any transaction, either sell or buy, is 0.25% of the transaction amount with minimum $100HKD charge fee.
• - Settlement takes place immediately after order execution.
• - Orders are executed with a lag of approximately 15 minutes
• - Stock dividends and bonus stocks are executed accordingly.

5. Privacy Policy

• - The organizer will not rent, sell or disclose any personal information collected in the event.
• - We may be requested by the local authorities by laws in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities or on the suspected fraud.

6. Additional information

• - The objective of the competition is let participants have an objective assessment of their stock investment skill in a controlled real-life environment.
• - The organizer and the sponsor are not liable for any advices and/or actions given by game participants.
• - The organizer retains the rights to change the rules of the Game at any time. All changes in rules will be published in the news and rules sections.
• - If the organizer observes any suspicious transactions, it takes full legal entitlement to temporarily suspend the participant for investigation purposes. In case of cheating, the account will be deleted and the participant will be banned from the Game.

The scope of the Privacy Policy

• Privacy Policy covers personal information, including the user who login aTradr system.
• Personal information that can identify your personal identifiable information (such as name and email address), and general non-public information.

Information Collection and Use

During registration, we ask for your name, email address, sex. When you log in to aTradr system. we will know your identity. aTradr uses this personal information to provide the services you request in the aTradr system.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Unless with your consent, aTradr does not rent, sell, or disclose your personal information to other people or parties.
• We may be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, or on the suspected fraud, situations involving potential to threaten anyone's personal safety and in preventing violations aTradr Terms of Use or violation of the domestic and/or international law.
• If aTradr is acquired by or merged with, we will transfer your information. In this case, aTradr will notify you before the transfer of information, and will be subject to a different privacy policy.

Data transfer

Without permission from you, aTradr will not transfer your personal data to countries or regions outside Hong Kong.

Cookie

• aTradr does not go to your computer set nor access Any Cookie.
• Right to modify and delete personal account information
• You can always modify aTradr account information.

aTradr may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we use the personal data provided to make big changes, then, we will be taken in eye position on the page put up notices to inform you of the amendments.
